Hello everyone, please I have been trying to reopen my masters form with my Ecobank Debit card and it has been telling me "Account Blocked" so the 1,000 fee hasn't gone through. The response I get is "Application form payment not found". However I got acknowledgement of payment from the bank in my mail, but to login has been an issue.
