davidylan: Nope, you have to do a wenger. Turn in one of your expensive signings and use the money to buy cheaper ones. You can pretend you're at ass-anal while you do that. Try Fulham and Aston Villa and maybe Wolves for bargains |
Re: Nairaland Fantasy Football League 2009/2010 by dyabman(m): 9:16am On Aug 01, 2009 |
@Nateevs You cant have all that player in one team , not no , maybe in the middle of the season, be like wenger now and later like Mark hughes |
Re: Nairaland Fantasy Football League 2009/2010 by eldee(m): 10:32am On Aug 01, 2009 |
dyabman:Do we get more points later in the season?? nateevs:I've got Torres, Lampard, Arshavin, Vidic and Cech in one team I just hope Van Persie and Bendtner get injured so Vela gets enough starting chances |

Re: Nairaland Fantasy Football League 2009/2010 by nateevs(m): 5:28pm On Aug 01, 2009 |
@Dyabman I don't understand what you mean by mid-season spending. . . Is the idea not to buy players that you know will always play and perform? I have Clichy and Bendtner from Arsenal @Eldee Torres, Lampard, Arshavin, Vidic. . . how can you afford these guys and still have 11. . . |
Re: Nairaland Fantasy Football League 2009/2010 by eldee(m): 6:12pm On Aug 01, 2009 |
tubabie:Hehehe . . . I need him injured all season, Van Persie definitely get injured during winter . . . so Vela gets more chances to score nateevs:Wenger schooled me . . . I got Vela and a few guys from the following the Coca-Cola Championship. . . |
Re: Nairaland Fantasy Football League 2009/2010 by dyabman(m): 9:45am On Aug 03, 2009 |
@Nateevs right now we are starting with 100 e-million , in the mid-season it appreciates to 105 e-million because of their performances, the players i mean , E.G Sidwell was 5.0 , in the mid season he will be 5.5 IF he performs well which is obvious he will somehow, , |

Re: Nairaland Fantasy Football League 2009/2010 by mukina2: 12:18pm On Aug 04, 2009 |
but your team tried last season with the same money Be a wenger .spend wisely, i still got change left over sef |
Re: Nairaland Fantasy Football League 2009/2010 by A40(m): 1:00pm On Aug 04, 2009 |
It don't make any sense my attackers are whack i can almost swear i had less money than last season i can't even afford to have Ashley Young,Arteta and Cahill on the same team those where ma saviors last season.I just have to pick between Arshavin or Lampard to dispose so i can get a decent striker and get Young or Cahill back in my team Na Arteta injury kill me last season plus i actually registered in Week 5 or 6 |
Re: Nairaland Fantasy Football League 2009/2010 by mukina2: 1:10pm On Aug 04, 2009 |
I also had arteta but Barry and another dude gave me points buy points player and few rubbish ones, i gambled with zaki last season and got points , plenty sef |

Muki How do you advance, how do we know the winner at the end of the day? Points or Money or what? |
Re: Nairaland Fantasy Football League 2009/2010 by mukina2: 11:33am On Aug 05, 2009 |
You know by points, it will be done in a table-like form, just like the EPL. the winners will be at the top |
Re: Nairaland Fantasy Football League 2009/2010 by Ibime(m): 10:36am On Aug 11, 2009 |
@ all, Only 3 days left. . . get your team registered! Perhaps we should provide a cash incentive. . . Pastor Adeboye of RCCG just announced his N1m club. . . a collection of people he can go to for funds at the value of N1m whenever it is needed. . . Hence I am announcing the N20 club. . . . a collection of people who are willing to donate N20 each to the winner of the fantasy league! |
