I have a 4 bedroom bungalow i want to convert to duplex , Please i would like to know if its possible . The house is situated in a good site and that made me to change my mind.

The foundation is a bungalow foundation. I want to add four rooms up and the sitting room will be open, someone can see people down from up.

It is very possible. Contact an architect to look at the floor plans and give you a new building plan.
