Now you are just using technicalities. God did not want things to be hard and that is why He gave you agriculture. may be it costs 10000 to get seeds and chicks or maybe it costs 5000 if you search properly or maybe it costs 2500 if you go to the rural areas or maybe you can even get seeds for free if you beg for it from a farmer, the point has been made already that God has already done His part in regards to not making you poor, if you leave what God has given you and you choose to be impoverished by the devil made cash/capitalist economy then that's your business.
