what i mean is how do you try to install it? do you try installing from the internet or do you copy to your phone using your data cable or what? |

maybe your download doesn't complete; if you have a pc with bluetooth you can try downloading to pc and then send to your phone; or if you have a data cable you can try copying to your phone after downloading to pc |
