No way! You need 4 times that amount almost for a standard 30 unit self contained. Trust me I know! Dont believe the hype and those who are scheming for you to give them the contract and then they will come clean.

If you don't budget 35 to 40m don't even think of starting the job or you may get stuck at a level of no return. I am in the midst of completing one right now-30 self contained/hostel in PH. I had expected to complete it with 20m. Guess what? I have long exceeded 20m with no end in sight yet. Building materials are pricey in Nigeria.
