Exactly a week ago i was at a market in Nigeria, (Idumota) Balogun precisely, to get a bag for my Mum, and myself but i was alarmed when i saw some bags for as high as N60,000. ($500). and even higher, so i wonder how much will i be willing to pay for my handbag in the real sense of it.

sweetheart, as far as i am concerned, a handbag is a major purchase. however for 60k the bag had better be very very good quality leather. the bag will have to be thoroughly examined for craftfanship because money doesn't grow on trees

u guys r screaming about bags for 60k. . . went shopping with an aunt and she was seriously considering a bag worth N460K (about $3500). . . i managed to talk her out of it by convincing her it would be cheaper to buy it from d designers shop itself on her next trip to the US
I am a shoe and bag person, but i don't think i'm that crazy about fashion!
