The new Most Most beautiful Girl in Nigeria has been crowned in Owerri, the Imo state capital.
Her name is Glory Chukwu and she represented Nasarawa State.
What do you guys think of our most beautiful girl of africa's most populous nation witho over 140 million people. Personally i must recommend that the name be changed from "MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN NIGERIA" to "THE BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN NIGERIA".

is there a problem with the judges' eyes or are there no quality, good looking girls in Nigeria? After Agbani Datego won these pple have consistently churned out ekpo's as Miss Nigeria.

Guys,I agree the MBGN hasn't been meeting up in terms of beauty queens been churned out in recent yrs.
I watched the build up to the MBGN and the paegent itself on Stv n I commented to my sister that the babes r just there and I see lots of finer girls everyday.Her reply was thats true but wetin silverbird go do if the beautiful girls won't pick up forms to contest?I mean some of the girls who contested this yr where girls who did not even pass the screening to be among the final 30 contestants in previous yrs.(at least i heard 2 gals say they had come 4 screening last yr but didn't make the final 30).I guess that says it all.
My broda's comment when the queen was selected was even the miss sera 4rm last yr fine pass the mbgn this yr which is very true.

I agree with you. I wish they could change the name of the pageant. If these were the girls they could come up with, just imagine how those they didn't pick would have looked like. |
