Sales rep - a salesman or saleswoman.
Marketing Executive - the boss of the salesman/saleswoman.
Health/Medical Rep:  A doctor/nurse working in a company.

Most companies interchange those terms.

sales rep go about selling the product of its employer with samples of product/s
marketing executive sells intangibles like services etc.similarity is that both go about canversing for patronage.medi/health rep are representatives of pharmaceuticals co delivering drugs etc of its employer to the likes of chemists hospitals and co.

u r close.
Health/Medical Reps also called Pharmaceutical sales rep r company officials who sells the company products but not necessarily deliver products to the end users. some companies use the term marketing executive/business development executive for almost the same as said above. all is abt marketing and selling, only that the products may differ.
