Oga Eros, I would recommend a good one for you but that your budget is a little bit on the low side oo, considering the fact that technology has improved and for you I will be using titanium based chains and gridlocks coupled with tripple action bolted rimmed bypasses to enable the spine electric shutters with overload safety take effect in the final clasping and lock down of the security system [/color][color=#990000][/color][color=#990000] plus the fact that it will also have gprs installed as well as a gsm backup to foil a very unlikely event of the car been towed ( please note i said towed cuz the car will never be drivable ever again, serious!!).  Please add small to the money. I need it for the driver of this car called Nigeria, I think the driver is fast asleep on the steering wheel, hence needs to be dragged out with a chain or  be chained down for the rightful driver to come in.
But If that did not work, I'd go for the second option, which is to secure the car at a rightful position before it gets crashed out.
