Quick Steps To Dramatic Eye Makeup!

Over the next couple of posts on this page, I would be showing you quick steps to achieving dramatic eye statements with makeup. They are very easy techniques of wearing eye makeup and you can do them perfectly with a little practice.

•   For that perfect look, your eyebrows need to be neatly tweezed and filled with brow pencil.
•   Next, apply foundation or eye primer all over the eye to create a base for eye shadows.
•   Using an eye shadow brush, sweep a highlighter shade of color all over the eye, from under the brows and downwards over the crease. This light shade would help open up the eyes and define your brows.
•   Next, sweep a darker shade of shadow working from the rear of the crease towards the center.  Sweeping the shadow a bit higher up towards the brow bone.
•   Apply eye liners and mascara as usual.

Remember, the color you choose must complement each other. Stay Be-you-tiful!!

The opposite of prominent eyes, deep-set eyes recede back into the sockets. Ideas to bring them out with makeup:

•   Lighten the inner corner and entire lid with shadow.
             
•   Use a medium shadow above the crease and gently apply it across the bottom of the brow bone.
       
•   Use a darker contour shade only at the outer crease and dip slightly outward.
             
•   Keep liner, especially on the upper lid, thin.
