check my order my posts on nairaland and u would know there's nothing secretive in my posts. i have sold different stuffs online and those who know me can testify.

in case u don't know there are some estate agents that are always trying to get info and details from others on nairaland and thereafter take over the deal. it has happened to me before on nairaland.
one really has to be careful in giving full details sometimes. there are all kinds of people here.
your comment was very rude. u had made a good point but why did u have to say " You want people to call you as if you are the one that bought credit for them", i think if any buyer is serious abt any property, the buyer should be d one to make d first move.

Are you tying to expose your ignorance or pretending not to know what you should know about your own business? Somebody asked you for title covering the land. You ignored him and chose to react to my post. If you must know, title to any property is the most important information you give about the property. Other details may include whether land is dry or not; whether estate land or not; how many minutes drive or trek from the express to the land; infrastructure around the land (electricity, road, how developed is the surrounding neighbourhood, etc). These are some information that will make someone decide whether to call you or not. You have opportunity of giving full information about the land you are marketing without making your prospective buyers waste their credit making enquiry on a land they may not like. I once responded to an advert here only to discover that the poster doesnt even know where the land he was marketing is situated. Know your trade and give full detail always, it builds confidence of prospects.

@shakay. Lakwe is before gbogije, but close.the land has a gazette. There is electricity in d environment, it is very close to the golf course. Sorry for getting back to Ʊ late. I've not been oniline for some days. What other things would Ʊ like to know.

Its lyk u have a problem wif saibuhari's comment. I think u shud respond and giv us insight as to wat u're selling. I hav a million naira budget for a property, imagine dat I hav 2 call u and travel wif u to Ajah to see the land, that wud cost some money. Imagine doin that wit 10 dealers on nairaland, I wud hav killed my budget by 50k.

@tyor, i think i have responded well enough to his questions. see my response to shakay. the title covering d land is a gazette. the land is a dry land. there is electricity, it is beside golf course in ajah, about 4-5 minutes drive from lekki / epe express rd. why not ask me ur own personal questions concerning d land. i dont have any problem with saiburi's comments at all. i still dont get u guys!!! wat else do u wanna know? bimbolajide@hotmail.com

There are 2 questions you didnt answer. 1. Is the land an Estate land or non estate land? 2. How developed is the surrounding environment? Please note that next time you come here to advertise, it will be absolute disclosure or you dont advertise. You cant make me spend money making calls. I decide on my own whether to make calls or not. Again, note that any lie about the land I will expose it here.

it is not an estate land. the area is developed and the road is presently under construction, part of it has been tarred. there is electricity.
@saibuhari, as much as i appreciate ur suggestions and advice, there are better ways to put things in perspective rather than sounding rude. in ur comment u said any lie in respect of d land would be exposed. that is very rude and provoking. despite all ur numerous comments u've made concerning this land i have never been rude to u or said anything harsh. i dont need ur consent or favour to sell this land and i thank God people have been calling and some have gone for inspection and met with d family.

u always have good points and i really appreciate that, u could see my comments to others but u should not think everyone has bad intention here.
