Review can be explained as a report and inspection of an event within a period of time. Review writing has always been very essential in giving the nitty-gritty of an event or information of an observation. But there are some important keys in review that makes it more valuable to every individual and organization just like some parts of our body are important to work together as one to make existing human being valuable and important on earth.
To fully understand the making up of review I shall mention the importance of those key areas, which I shall discuss each based on gradual step.
Those key areas are:
1. Introduction: it gives the reader what the topic is all about, what prompt that topic and the area which every reader has to concentrate on to get the gist and reasons for the topic.
2. Background: background gives a whole explanation of the whole review in summary, why the topic of the review should be of reader interest and how it originates.
3. Literature: this part explain to readers the factors that determines it, what are the people knowledgeable about the topic of the review are saying about it with what you have observed in their analysis, details and reports is what will determine your topic review.
4. Findings: findings can be achieve by getting various data, results, information and observation from set of people or population which will have to do mostly with their Age, Sex, Location and observation.
5. Conclusion: In this part writer are to give the summary of what he/she has research with the findings and recommendation of what he/she has observed with conclusion in summary.
With these major keys that have been discuss above, it is a known fact that review is incomplete with each or any one of those key point not included in any writer report. It makes the review invaluable to organization, tertiary institutions and for future references which may make the report a better reference or for the help of other findings in the nearest future.
In a nutshell, do you want to become a good writer , you want people to love your report and make you immortal after your life or you want them to find it more interesting and realistic that they have no option than to mail or pick up their phone and start loading you with words of appreciation. Then hold on before you start writing your review, have it on your mind that you are not writing this for yourself but for people who want to learn, understand and gain from your review. So all you need to do is to follow these guidelines which stand as guiding steps and powerful keys that determine every valuable review.
