He's a Muslim and so be it. Who told you people that an Oba has to be a traditionalist ? The only traditionalist is Oóni of Ífé. Even Alàfín will be buried this way when he dies. Simple as A B C.

In Islam there is no king or ruler except the Almighty Allah the creator. Qur'an stated it clearly, equally we came to the world by birth and equally we departed by death. If you lik be the Oba of Benin, the queen of england, the Alafin of oyo. The president of a country, a poor beggar, keke rider etc. Islamically everybody must be bury in same manner according to the Islamic law. Islam is not how u feel and what makes you happy.
