That is not a charge. He has not been charged for anything yet. Threat to kill or threat to life can range from so many things. It depends on the full report. Police in Nigeria arrest people every day for threat to life, mostly due to ignorance use of words by people while arguing. What they do is to make the accused write an undertaking. It happens a lot. It happened to even a banker that went to recover loan.
