Sorry too low, the fridge was working before to a double fridge hence the need for clearance, used one should be about 70k ish there about, that's why I asked for a offer but definitely not below 40k. Thank you.

Thanks for pointing that out, I hope you know there are used chairs that could cost as much as 500k and more. It boils down to the wood, finishing and usage.

In my post, it was clearly stated that price is slightly negotiable (Nigerians must haggle), I also stated that the sofa could pass as ‘NEW’, meaning that you can fall for it if I told you it’s brand new sofa.

Try check the market now prices now and you’d be amazed what confronts you.
Until you inspect it, I will advise you stick to what you can defend. No offense.


What you don't understand is, when it comes to reselling, nobody cares about your choice of wood.... That design and colour are very outdated... . Have you taken time to check jiji or visit chair seller's workshop? if you like use Iroko tree to make dem, those chairs have to be one of the most ridiculous prices ever seen on this thread. Forget the negotiable word attached to the advert, that starting price is just unreal....

Let sellers begin to state their best price henceforth. There is no need to attach negotiable price tag on used items I think. Why not put your last or best price to avoid arguments and trouble. My opinion

Some buyers no get joy. Even if you put up an item at clearance price, dem go still price you. Let’s say you put up a Ps4 pro in perfect conditions at clearance price of 120k, someone will still price you 80k
