Please have sent you a mail request.
Am having issues paying for my deposit with the globalpay.wu.com payment instructions on the tradesystem.gov.ng website.
The invoice does not contain info such as the NIBAN account number, swift code etc... and without inputing this numbers you cant proceed to the next step.

It contains, I responded with my number but you haven't called yet.
The account details you will use meaning, who to pay is not your school's account details but that in the WU global invoice. You will send to their account then they make payment on behalf of you.

Hello, please I heard that visa application for students admitted to AL1 schools doesn't require submitting proof of funds...how true?
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by EngrCGD: 3:33pm On Mar 02, 2022
Hello good afternoon house, please I would like to ask a few questions about Australian school tuition fee and OSHC payments.
1.) I submitted the form A online at the tradesystem.gov.ng and it’s showing STAGE: ADB_REVIEWER, how long does it take to gets approved and what’s the maximum days will it take for the school to receive and acknowledge my payment as well as to send the COE ? Note. I only submitted the form A yesterday 1st March.

2.) How do i pay or process the payment for the OSHC, and at what time is the payment required ?

Please someone should help a brother with above questions. Thanks

It all depends on the visa officer. You can be asked. Talking from experience.... AL1 school. Just be sure you have it handy, if requested and it’s ok by the VO be sure to get your approval.

Hello brother, of course, we are here to help each other. I have been helped too.

For Question 1, Kindly call your bank central customer service line, not the branch, please. Every bank has its central customer service line. Tell them it's urgent and you want them to debit you immediately. Tell them the action you them to take. Once they debit you, you will get the notification and if you use WU invoice, they send a mail informing you that they have received your payment via mail.

Once you have been debited and received the mail, call any branch customer care or do a walk in to any branch and tell the customer care you need your TELEX and boom they will download immediately and send to you.

2) You would have processed your insurance together with your tuition most school do that, but no worries, you can always get people within Aussie who can help you pay while you send naira equivalent. Send me email on this to share a contact.

Yes, if you are applying to an A1 university, it's a must to submit insurance before CoE is issued. Hope we are clear now

Have a beautiful day.

Hello Presh2021

Thanks for your reply and explanation below.
As regards to the question 1, I called my bank's central customer number and they informed me that the officials at the central bank of Nigeria have to first review and approve the transaction and then they my bank will now process the wire transfer. That the cbn must approve first. They suggested I call the numbers at the tradeservice.gov.ng and request for my application to be approved. I called the numbers no one picked.

Currently at the site I’m seeing ADB_REVIEWER, is there a way to speed up this process ?.

My admission is for May intake ( term 2 ). Hopefully I can meet up.

Again I would like to ask. Is Masters in mechanical Engineering PR worthy ? I already got OND, B.Eng here same in mechanical engineering.

School is UNSW

So from experience there are 3 stages to the tradesystem.gov.ng review process. 1 Adb reviewer, 2 Adb supervisor and the final stage Adb disbursement.
This is when a form A number is generated for you...PLEASE NOTE an AF number at the point of application is different from a Form A number!
Your form still being at Adb reviewer has not been worked on at all.
The timeline for this is also dependent on the selected bank... i tried with stanbic and for over 48hrs it was stuck on Adb reviewer a friend tried with access bank and in less than an hour he got to stage 3, i had to cancel my application and applied afresh with access and yeah i also got to stage 3 in a couple of hours! So you can decide to try another bank or still exercise patience.
And please stop wasting your time calling the support line...dem no go pick till thy kindgom come, even emails bounce back...guess you can never rule out the Naija factor.
And I also applied to UNSW for may intake.... goodluck.

Hi All,

I am on the 482 VISA part to Australia and need to complete my medicals. Can any one help with some number of anyone to call at Dr A A Fatayi clinic, to help with the bookings. I am not based in Lagos, so i need to travel for this. I have tried calling the numbers i found online but no response, also sent an email with no response. The available date for IOM is quite far, i am hoping the Fatayi clinic will be closer.

Thank You all.
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by Ericmanny: 11:28am On Mar 03, 2022
Since you are not in Lagos, I will encourage you to generate a referral letter for medicals on your immi account, travel down to Lagos and head to IOM at issac John, Ikeja gra. Tell the security personnels that you are there to make enquires and complaints about how you haven’t been able to get a date for your medicals. They will direct you to the enquiry room. Once it gets to your turn, tell the officer you haven’t been able to get a date for your medicals and you have a timeline and it’s getting quite worrisome you are stuck at the stage. He would request for your referral letter for medicals which has a unique HAP ID No. He will schedule you for an appointment most likely 2 days after that day and you will be given a paper affirming this day. You will pay 46,500 for single adult and you would come with printed prove of payment on the scheduled date.

N.B- Try come beginning of the week. make arrangement for where you would stay for the waiting period till the scheduled date. If you are highly persuasive, you can get the next day for your medical appointment. Come with your COVID 19 certificate, yellow card, face mask of course , printed referral letter (contain HAP ID) and your international passport

Yellow card is a card/ certificate given to you at any port of health here in Nigeria after been duly vaccinated against yellow fever and polio. Yellow fever and polio is highly advised to be vaccinated against by Home Affairs.

Depending on your location, you can do biometrics in Lagos, Abuja. I am sure of Lagos to be at The Manor, freedom way, Lekki

Hello Kos26

Thanks so much for this important information, I actually adhere to your advice and it paid off, I canceled the first application with stanbic IBTC which have already stuck at ADB_REVIEWER for more than 48hrs and reapplied with Access bank, just yesterday night and this morning I’m at the 3rd stage “ADB_DISBURSEMENT_REVIEWER”, note I called the customer service and explained how urgent The transaction is, and now I have the form number. Thanks once again for the help. So how long does it take from here for the payment to get debited from my account and for the school to receive ?

Meanwhile to the house, I need an answer to my initial question about PR;
I asked if Masters in Mechanical Engineering is PR worthy in Australia ?

Thanks for your assistance.

Visa application is a smoot process (u don't need any rental contract). You will get your HAP ID and biometrics referal letter
after submitting your application.

Please has anyone used Sydney airport recently?

Learnt that lately Nigerian foods are not allowed except when industrially packaged. If packed in ziplocks and properly labeled they still get them seized.

Please someone should help reconfirm this information.

Hello everyone, please i need help as rwgards the following;
* how much is biometric at The Manor, lekki?

* will the medical test result and biometrics be sent directly to the Autralia Embassy and will the applicant have access to it also?

*Lastly, is there need for police clearance certificate, if yes, how is this done please.
Thank you
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by Mike365: 12:48am On Mar 05, 2022
1. Less than 10k. Payment is via debit card at the venue

2. Yes. But the applicant will not have access to the result. Rather you will know it has been sent.

3. For student VISA, No. Unless you are specifically requested to do it by the VISA officer
