- You've not had sex with someone before. It seems to be causing a whole lot for you. Please get laid and get used to it.

- Try to sleep well at night, even if it means taking sleeping pills. You need 6 hours of sleep. It's good for your brain and skin. The complain of something moving under your skin might be sleep related. It's called formication.

- You feel like you're drowning when sleeping. That's sleep apnea. It's not uncommon in large people. It may point to obstruction in your airway. See a specialist in head and throat issues to correct the problem.

- Your equipment might be stimulated by your clothing while you are asleep. Don't sleep with tight fitting clothes on. Desist from wearing those nylon boxers. They are also bad for sperm quality cos they exert heat on the testis. Wear a loose boxers or sleep on your birthday suit.

You can thread the spiritual route too. But deal with the physical too otherwise you pray in vain

No sir actually l'm not into covenant with any person. Why it baffles me much is that I do not lust after the opposite sex. That was in the past.

I was told masturbation can help eliminate the chances of wet dreams hour before going to bed but I find out in my case it was all lies from the bottomless pit. After masturbating (ejaculating all semens) then later in my sleep same day, wet dreams still erupt with sizeable fluids expelled. Many times this could not help and I knew this is strong spiritual bondage on me.
