In the bootcamp, you'll be placed in a group with people vying for same role as you. You'll then be given a technical problem/case study of which you and your group are to brainstorm , analyse and profer solution(s). Ensure you speak up and take initiative, ensure to be heard and proactively take note of everyone's point and summarise. Just ensure you stand out and the panelists take note of you.


You'll later be given an individual case study of which you're to prepare a PowerPoint slide and present to the panelists, put your best and be sure of whatever you're saying.

That's not the case, I spoke to the HR guy that called sometime in May in respect to proposed offer and he said, it's awaiting MD approval before offers are issued.

The question is when would the approval be given??

I checked the vacancies in the bootcamp 4.0 and realised my role wasn't advertised meaning there's still hope.

Mehn I just checked and realised my role has now been uploaded among the vacancies in the bootcamp 4.0. Firstbank will stain your white.

Means your role fall under the purview of the CTO and if successful at the bootcamp, your second level interview will be with the CTO. I guess its just for ease of identification.

I think it's divided into CIO, CTO and CISO.

If successful at the bootcamp, you'll be invited for a second level interview with the CTO (based on your invite)

If you scale through that, you'll have another interview with the ED which is the final stage.

After which you remain in the pool till FBN comes for you with an offer. Cheers
