I think the problem should be the screen glass protector... Check if its covering the sensor at the top of the phone

Thanks.

No changes.

Hello People, I recently purchased the new Poco m4 pro two months ago from Jumia, ever since I noticed the phone doesn't run properly on 4g network, only 3g, I was managing this till now when I tried picking up a phone call and my screen turned completely blind. I live at a remote area so I can't get the best technicians, I've checked youtube and Google for helps and I have followed all procedures, still all to no avail. I met a technician near me who unscrewed the phone and suggested it was a hardware issue that the screen had no fault, I'm just frustrated, this is less than a two months ago device and when I contacted Jumia they said they can't give me no refunds seeing it extended a week grace. Kindly help out people, God bless .

How do you compare Helio G96 on M4 Pro to the Dimensity 8100 on the X4 GT. Just do some research first

I actually did a research on that but could also use your personal input. I think I saw a review about the dimensity 8100 beating the SD 8 gen 1. It amazes me.

Hi, I have a redmi Note 9 pro showing no service. All efforts have failed. Phone tech says board problem with network IC. Could you please help with possible solutions?

Apologies for what? I didn't bash anyone. It was a truthful about how a majority of Nigerian smartphone users act.

In the end...

All I see is a person who took advice and went to do his homework and he's quite clearly all the better for it.

Now he's asking really interesting questions.

Should I apologize for someone who chose to better himself? Sometimes I don't quite fathom your thought processes.

There are possibilities that this ROM is still in the pilot phase and won't work if you are not a pilot tester.

You should have taken the phone to Raya if the phone shows the Redmi logo when booting the worst that can happen is both to recovery and do a factory reset.

No the screen shows nothing. It's like the screen is malfunctioning or something but it can't be the case because the screen didn't fall or any of the sort . It just went blank while trying to pick up a call.

What about the screen light? Does it come up even though the screen is blank? Does it ring when a call comes through?

What I've observed so far is there's this little undetectable flick of light that flashes on the screen when I repeatedly press the power button, it's hard to notice only you pay serious attention and the phone still work as normal , calls come in and I can feel the vibration when I dial my password but I can't see anything because the screen suddenly went blank without no reasonable explanation.

The best you can do is pick up a one year old video. Bwahahaha. This is too funny grin grin grin

Imagine the time and effort that it must have taken, especially for someone who didn't care. All that effort for me. Oh now I'm blushing.

Keep proving me right.
