Ataga's family don't love him,they only love him because he has money,after he died,they were fighting for his property already...This evil chidinma girl committed murder,but due to the irresponsible attitude of the ataga family, she might be freed.

I know this lady is not capable of killing this man . I believe her story ...but it may look as though the real killer is at large

Lol, hotel. Who told you it was an hotel. Moreover they are both high on drugs. Seems you don't know how cases like this can be twisted in her favor even if she was the killer.

Conviction is achieved with incontrovertible evidence and not media trial.

The salient question is whether it is inconceivable that she didn't kill the man.

If she is found guilty of the crime, then she should face the consequences of her actions.

The court should be allowed to do its work without these needless hecklings...

If proper care is not taking, they may free this girl. Why is the court still wasting time from doing the needful.

How do you mean no evidence no case, she had the man's possession in her custody, even sold it, the knife and blood stained clothes were found in her house in yaba all the way from lekki, you are now saying something stupid like no evidence no case.

That girl would die by hanging or rot in jail for the rest of her life.

All I see here is a failed legal system. And the prosecutor of this case has to be very careful. The fact that the deceased laptop was traced to her proves nothing as far as his death is involved.Someone above me mentioned forensic evidence. In Nigeria can you really trust such forensics?
The prosecution team has to convince the judge beyond every shadow of doubt that Chidimna is culpable. Again, If the defendant has a competent attorney, she might just work away free. In the end, it will be between God and the murderer.
Osifo Ataga took a marriage vow before God to be faithful to his wife. He died a very Callous and disgraceful death. Regardless of what becomes the outcome of this case, he’s gone, and has brought untold suffering, shame and agony to his surviving family members. It’s such a shame.

She has messed herself up with her contradictory statements. If from the beginning of the Court case she was remorseful, admit committance of the offence, the Judge could have given her a lesser sentence, but she has messed herself up with lies.
