The mumu coach just knelt down praying instead of making decisions. It will be a miracle for the team to defeat Germany or Spain.
Typical Nigerian; prayer without work. He’s a mumu man

She lost before she took it. She didn’t want to take but nobody to go

She was scared cuz she lost her penalty in the quarter final shootout

The coach should have selected and have list of his penalty takers from 1-10. He did same thing in the quarter final, he left those girls to decide who and when to take.

He should be left behind in India to trek home

that man is not a coach buh a guesser, very stupid of him, even the commentator says the same thing na, for goodness sake how can a coach not know his penalty takers, very shameful thing

The coach didn't select his penalty takers. I knew it that the last girl was going to loose the ball as the fear on her face was overwhelming

At a time, no player wanted to step forward to play a penalty kick for Nigeria.

It speaks volumes about what's going on behind the dressing room. cool

This girls have no business in this tournament, they carried this luck too much.Very unintelligent players and backroom.i have never seen where a coach has no standard penalty takers, and where strikers are afraid to take penalty. That Ajakaiye girl should be flugged, she is so unintelligent and bad footballer who plays with her chest not brain

she picked the same spot(left) like she did against the USA and didn't score her spot kick. Why she still chose that left corner when she knew it failed her against the USA baffled me.
She get this failure looking crying face. Confidence= 0

If the coach has done his job by selecting his penalty takers, such wouldn't have happened. Instead for him to motivate his players, he knelt down praying grin

No hope for them winning any other game. They are not all that technically good.

The girls lack confidence and stark determination. There was no excitement in their games. Just running up and down. The Colombian team played them half field throughout the second leg.

If they have won it would have been unfair to the visibly better Colombian side.

I watched some of their matches and they are just a little above average in performance but this particular match was poor. I think the coach came for defence rather attacking believing that penalty will favour him.

So true. I have the same opinion too. The first GK is far far better than the PK keeper.

Our coach is to be blamed for the defeat on the penalties, does that mean he only train 5 players for it? If not, the last two takers put on a very sad posture as if they just lost a beloved one. Even before taken the kick, there were evidence of defeat in them. Our coach and the team' s psychologist should please work on this.
