Hello,
I recently got Australia student visa and would be travelling soon by God's grace. Please I wanted to apply for PTA with GTbank and saw on the portal that they require stamped visa page. Please is there anyone who have used this before and how to go about it. Thank you

Y don’t you reapply for your visa, then include your dependents in the new application (with all the documents u used during the first application). Just get a new COE, bank statement, and a family insurance. You can also try consult an agent to help with the application.

Guys, is it advisable to study a Masters program like Masters in Community Development in Murdoch Uni & Victoria Uni that is NOT ACCREDITED by any assessment body nor any accreditation unit in Australia?

its a good idea you are considering nursing or health science, because health sciences are generally favored in terms of immigration here in Australia. You may not be able to do a diploma because you have already had a higher degree. A Masters in nursing maybe better of.

Tuition is not free for kids. You have to pay.

For couples with kids, having your partner with you will make things alot easier because while one is studying and working part time, the other can work unencumbered . Also consider studying a regional area as you get additional points for doing so, though i hear jobs are not so much in those area but you will reap the benefit of enduring it long term.

Cheer up.

I would not recommend it. A big deal for us Nigerians migrating is to eventually gain PR. once any course is not accredited it means you can not be accessed based on your qualification.

You could still come in though and explore many other immigration options depending on your circumstances.

You would need to find out from your school and the school willing to accept transfer credit. It's not impossible. But you will need to do the research yourself.

UK and Australia are very similar, so that may be a good sign.

What is my fate if i get msc (funded) and I want to bring my family along with me? Is that possible? What if i go alone, can i bring them when i graduate? What if it's PhD?

Let me state that age is not really on my side because I am thinking about PR.

Pls your advise guys. Thanks

Hmnnn...

The maximum age for Immigration is 45yrs old.

If you think you dont have much time, what about your wife. She can unlock it especially if she is younger and has a better chance.

There are some discreet programs that has an age limit of 55yrs or so. It's called DAMA ( Designated Area Migration bla bla bla) . Google it.

See brother, Just access your situation. If you are doing well in Nigeria, you may be better off staying back. But if not, please move.

The worse case scenario, you could leave Australia a multi millionaire. But your kids will have a brighter chance to staying here.

Think am well. Good luck.

Hello house, I would like to get clarity on the new working rights for students visa. After student visa have been approved , when can one enter into Australia ?

Also , does the new WORKing rights allow me to start WORKING immediately i arrive , that is ,before my Course commences in Australia? Thanks

This is true. The unlimited work rights end next year. But this is on paper.

If you are like most ppl who work to pay thier fees , you would need to work beyond 40hrs a fortnight. No one is actually close.maeling you like that.

Though we hear that a few ppl have had thier visa cancelled due to village ppl after them. I mean reports. Still be careful sha.

You can comply and maximize the holidays if you can.

Good afternoon beautiful people.

I need your assistance on this issue. My wife is interested in applying for studies visa in Australia but we need someone to assist us in to procedure. Like how much is their college tuition fee, when is the best time to apply because she plan to travel next year.

Thanks

Good idea.

Carefully choose the course of study if u have PR intentions,

Choose location carefully, regional areas may be better off long term.

Fees: depend on uni and course. Ranges from 14k - 20k AUD/ Semester.

All schools have agents across the world. Even in Nigeria. The schools dont want to deal directly with students. So contact the school.

Best time to come here. Is anytime you get your visa is a good time. But if you are looking after yourself. I will recommend. The beginning. Of the semester before the long vacation so you can hustle unrestricted for school fees.

Good luck.
