Wow cheesy cheesy cheesy

Do you know that crowdyvest has been owing for over a year and going by the silly townhall they recently had, to get any money back will be a long thing.
They're scammers!

Simple. They had a targeted figure and once they achieved it, kiss your money goodbye. Same will happen to the rest.
There's problem then.

So Reaprite, PennyTree and the ones that are regulated by SEC are not exempted either.

That's nice.
You could actually switch to all this online savings
Like piggyvest or cowry wise.

I have been using cowrywise for 3 years now.
It's good.

Started my own savings plan based on Barcelona goals. But I don pause for now
Which I can only open next year

Tell me about it

I don't subscribe to this form of savings those, but I see it works for most people, mostly because it gives them some form of hope seeing the box and the excitement of finding something worthwhile after many months of saving. It's the unknown that makes people do it.

But truly, saving with kolo box is for unwise, undisciplined and uninformed folks, because they are at a loss and anytime I see people open boxes to display ,it makes me sick ,it's really not a thing to be happy about but something one should hide in shame to show;

Here's why;
1) They do not earn you any Interest on the money
2) They have no insurance
3) The box can be stolen, lost or affected by unfortunate events like flood or fire.
4) They risk breaking the box early.
5) They are unable to track how much they have kept at any point.

There's no gain in saving with kolo box.

I made a wooden piggy bank in January this year (2022) as a new resolution for the year to consciously save some N1000 and any crispy N500 denomination or 2years. It's about a size of 40x40x25cm.
But the CBN Redesign of the naira made me break it this week to avoid being caught on the losing side. And this is what I found ....
N345,000
It's not even up to a quarter full yet. I stopped saving for few months in Sept to Nov. This was largely due to some hard times and I lost my dad few months ago and had to do the burial.
I'm still thinking of what to do with the money as I'm looking at it.
Are you a police officer? grin
Nice one man

The only thing I saved this year is my life.
I swear I don't know how you guys are able to save this kind of amount in this era with wife and children to care for. Is there something I don't know?

This is where piggyvest have human sympathy.
Sorry to tell u
Until February u can't break your savings on Cowrywise

If it was piggy vest you will be charged but Cowrywise it must reach that date before withdrawal

Concerning the savings.
It's based on clubs Barcelona, Madrid, Chelsea, Bayern, manu, man city arsenal.
Once the team plays
If they score 6 goals in that match
6k will be deducted from your bank account card linked with Cowrywise. And every week there is automatic 1k.

Hope u understand
I will pick team that hardly score more than a goal per match. Athletico Madrid

The reason Crowdyvest went down was

1. They were primarily focused on Agric Tech, which has proven to be unsustainable in Nigeria
2. They had a large exposure to Agropartnership

Piggyvest also had exposure to Agropartnership but where able to cover it up

Same as me, I just transfer my loose change to cowriewise though I don't even know why I did that because I keep the bulk of my funds offshore in USD

I'm done with investments for now. Never again in Nigeria. Im still yet to recover while praying to get my 1.7M from crowdyvest. Biko, Count me out
My brother, the way shares showed me shege, word cannot explain. The magic and abracadabra they did with re-issuing and all shenanigans with it still baffle me. All in the name of believing in our dear corn-tree. If I hadn't any experience elsewhere with shares, I for take am as normal.

I even openned 9ja accounts for the kids. All to make them identify more with 9ja. To be old customer of so called leading bank in the future. At least, you will want to go to where you have financial interest. Or so was my thinking.

But 9ja system always rub it in your face that dem nor care about your loyalty.

Re: My Piggy Bank Experience by Olabhude: 6:38pm On Dec 29, 2022
Before you save money in any digital financial institutions, you have to check
1. Their longevity in the business.
Carbon is more than 10 years in business and piggyvest is more than 5 years in business. This should give you assurance over newly created digital financial institutions.
2. Unrealistic interests
Many financial institutions put out unrealistic interest to attract customers. If by your calculation the interest they show you is far from as compared other digital banking RUN oo

I have been using Carbon and Piggvest for more than 4 years, I can tell you they are above their peers and they don't disappoint. You can check and verify yourself.

Good day
