You are a very wise man

Keep it up

Many of these complainers have not achieved anything meaningful with there lives

They are being ruled by one of the worst governments in the world

They won't complain about that
But poke nose into wetin no concern them

Don't mind them bros, they keep complaining about tithe and officering as if Oyedepo or Adeboye has ever knocked on their door and ask for tithe. If you have a taxable income and you don't pay, the government will no only knock your door, they will seal your door and even if you pay, they still won't give you light or road or health care. If the manage to start a road with your tax money, you will be glorifying them

1. More population, more specialists (skilled labourers), increased human capital. Net cash flow increases too. Of course you know how redirecting money to a state amount to development. The success of CU in the state will demonstrate that Ogun is a safe place to conduct business. The population increase means there will be increase in demand...this will also increase supply, and there will be an increase in the net flow of cash/income.

2. First, the medical school will attract medical students and specialist doctors to train them. The teaching hospital will also serve the state. The specialist healthcare facility will attract patients and open new grounds in the health sector. For example, if they offer MRI services, they'd be a referral centre as this is not common in our environment. The teaching hospital will also train resident doctors and other allied healthcare specialists. Overall, more money flows into the state. Same applies to the law school.

3. Don't get this third question. They'd be doing their jobs na. Refer to my point 1 above, please.

4. Let me put it this way: the higher the population, the higher the economic interactions (buying and selling of goods and services). The more the economic interactions, the more the profit. Businesses will boom once there is increased profit. Once these businesses boom/expand, they'd need more factors of production (land and labour). Ogun will enjoy new, great structures...and employment will increase. SME's will thrive, bigger companies will not be left out. The revenue of the state will increase as the more the businesses, the more the tax. With the extra money, the state will develop in areas the government deems fit. So, the money will be redirected to private and public sectors.

4. Already answered this.

Thank you.

Great response.

Some people really need orientation.

You failed to answer this question...Which money will be redirected to the state? Where will the money be redirected from and to who will it be redirected to?

Before now, are you telling me there were no skilled labourers in the whole of Ogun state?

How does the success of CU demonstrate that Ogun state is safe to conduct business?

Is it today that CU has been existing and is it the first educational establishment or business investment in Ogun state that it is now the standard for measuring safety in Ogun state?

Which population increase are you referring to? Can you estimate the population increase that will accrue to the whole of Ogun state because oyedepo built schools of law and medicine in sango ota?

How many students will the school of medicine atteact and how many specialist doctors will they attract?

Is there no teaching hospital in Ogun state at the moment and is there nowhere in Ogun state to do MRI scan?

How does the training of medical doctors and lawyers at CU mean "more money flows into the state"?

Which jobs are they doing and who are doing the jobs?

According to you "....the higher the population, the higher the economic interactions (buying and selling of goods and services). The more the economic interactions, the more the profit. Businesses will boom once there is increased profit.".

Which higher population are you referring? What is the number of people that will flock into Ogun state from other states because oyedepo is building schools of law and medicine in sango ota?

What will they be buying and selling in the whole of Ogun state because of the building of schools of law and medicine at CU, sango ota?

Which businesses will boom in Ogun state because of schools of law and medicine in CU, sango ota?

It seems you're confused.

Understand simple economic explanation given to you.

This is a very wicked and ignorant statement...... this is the reason people are now seeing the church as business......
if education is not for the poor, but the same poor in the church contributed towards the building of the church schools in service (both in services and otherwise).....
This is the highest level of wickedness yet, you claim to be better than even unbelievers?.....
I wonder where the LOVE that formed the bases of Christianity is in Nigerian churches, especially the Pentecostal churches...

Education is not for the poor anywhere in the world

Ask Nigerians schooling in Ghana or even common Benin republic how much they pay for school fees

I was privileged to school overseas and I know how many thousands of dollars was my tuition and upkeep money

Let me say it again
Education is not for the poor

The poor go to university either through scholarship or good academic records or through loan for school

Even in Western civilised countries it's same thing

People like Dr Ben Carson who came from very poor African American background went to Yale university as a result of good academic records

Today he is one of the most celebrated Nuro surgeons in the world

If you are poor
You can still go to university but there is a way

Are you sure you understood the question I asked?

When you say "extra" teaching hospital, which teaching hospital was in ota or in convenant university before?

How is an "extra teaching hospital" "extra economic activity"?

Who are those that supply things to the school and what do they supply and from where do they supply? How does that translate to development for ogun state?

Which businesses are around covenant university community?

Good questions.
There's a ripple effect institutions have on businesses around them...

Sometimes, some of the effect isn't direct.

I couldn't explain in details what I wrote earlier.
It would take you seeing from my lens to get my point. Let me try and analyze one or two

An extra university teaching hospital to Ogun apart from that of OOU, Babcock and some others would connote to a major development in the health sector in Ogun state.

Knowing the track record of covenant, they could start with 100 bed spaces in a year...put in perspective things like cement, sand, gravel, human resource, iron works...etc which a large number could come from Ogun state....

Another extra economic activity the teaching hospital could bring would be to pharmaceuticals having new customer base, food vendors having increased patronage due to increase in number of student, more employment for cleaners, security, electrical, plumbing, admin staff, to Drs, Professors...all these are all economic activities in their diverse forms....

These things are CONTRIBUTORS to development in Ogun state, no matter how small it is.

6 billion project is almost 10M USD BRO

Your teaching/practicing is anti-christianity which opposes the teaching of Christ......
I am in the system and I know what I am saying......if you have one out of a million that may be on scholarship it's insignificant and I also know most less advantage people are only assisted by individual in the church not the church..........

Talking of education being expensive, you can't compare a private business school owner to a church school,.........
Church school were built on donations.....

collecting from the members/society in any form of donations and the society/majority of the members can't afford such schools is evil and this is the reason wickedness abounds in the society........
