Look at it from all sides before you quit
Things are tough now.....

If possible try finding a better easier way to do your work and something else before you leave....

Some jobs can cage you from exploring other employment opportunities or exploring your entrepreneurship abilities.
Quitting my last paid job provided me with the opportunity of discovering and exploring my entrepreneurship abilities.

There are some jobs you just don't resign from especially when it starts to affect your mental health, you borrow extra leg and run even if the pay is consider ok. Take it or leave it,most companies only value your productivity and gives zero shit about you.Though i still think it's honourable to resign than absconding.

Good evening fam, I am planning on quitting my job this month.
The reasons are much; some are personal and work conditions.
Please how did you prepare towards resignation. I mean how to cope after leaving a job without having another

quit, your life and sanity matters most. Infact it's a blessing for you to harbour this thought. You will eventually succeed though the beginning might not be so cosy. I and dozen more of my colleagues quitted and are far better today.

Same thing a friend called to seek my opinion this week... Have been there before, things will look difficult initially, I almost run mad but Gods Grace came through. To the glory of God, today I pay my self times 6 of what they pay me back then..

If you’re not prepared for a rough and fresh start don’t quit!

Did you go in business or online digital skill?

Hope you have another job in waiting? I learnt this fact the hard way. Also, make sure you collect your salary for the month before you resign and with immediate effect as e get why.

I have given it a great thought because where I currently work is a Hotel and there isn't any growth nor increase in the salary range or promotion. Apart from that, no job security.

They can tell you to leave for no reason or with a flimsy excuse.

I don't have an alternative yet and I haven't even been able to save on the job. When I started, I thought I would be able to save my whole salary not knowing that reality is always different

I have tried my possible best to start a side hustle, but the job is a 1 day on 1 day off shift basis. The next way, I am always tired and exhausted to even use my brian to solve my own problems

There is no growth in a hotel job.

he is right salary mostly comes 2nd week of the month and sometimes 1st week of the month.
The salary is also hardly complete. They deduct your salary even on issue that doesn't involve you.

I am in your shoes now, I cant imagine burrowing to run a non paying job. I think you need to work on your plan B, once it is set you can take off. My plan B is my pain now because its not fully set.

I quit my job December last year, it not been easy from then till now, but there are some jobs if you don’t leave them you can’t get a better opportunity. Like you said the beginning will definitely be difficult of course at the long run everything will be alright.

The road is always rough , it depends on your resilience to succeed in life.

Kindly get another job before you resigned.

I am even thinking of raising money, rent a shop and start a business while I work towards leaving the job.
