Dracula123:What issues are you facing? I tried several cards before I got one that worked for me yesterday. Use Payday, make sure to top up your virtual dollar account to have more than this amount before purchasing

seunpayne: I placed an order on Monday, March 20. It shipped yesterday March 24 and will arrive Abuja on Monday March 27. I think they have restocked their Lagos inventory. |
Re: Starlink Is Officially In Nigeria With Pricing In Naira by seunpayne(m): 11:10am On Mar 26, 2023 |
toluxa1: So they clearly wait until they have a particular number of orders before they ship to Nigeria. We all, who have ordered in the last 5 weeks, got our shipped notification last week. As a business it makes sense to operate that way. Keeps the shipping costs down. As a customer that has to wait for up to 5 weeks to get thier item…that can’t be cool at all. Let’s see sha, plenty people should be giving reviews this week as they get their units. It would be helpful if people who have already set theirs up help us with mounting tips and tricks. Na that one be my new headache. I heard someone used the DSTV mount to do his. I keep imagining one wicked rain will just blow $600 from 2 floors up crashing to the ground thereby creating a gobe, one cannot afford 3 Likes |

Abeg, who has used other Virtual USD service card asides Payday to order for Starlink Payday is in a mess.. They sent a message that we should open another USD account that they are currently habit issues with their vendors blah blah and that our current balance would be transferred to the new USD account (I av about $62). Now, I av opened another USD account since 4weeks ago and no response yet. Message I got was that they will get back to me when approved. I have chatted their agents 100 times, no solution Now, I want to order for Starlink as and I don't want trouble or a situation where my naira will hang or won't be able to do monthly subscription |

georgee:Well, I used Klasha for ordering Starlink, and the whole process was smooth. Even when Starlink refunded the card, Klasha processed my refund on the next business day, so it was very fast. I'm surprised that PayDay is having all these issues, given that Starlink recommends the use of its service. |

georgee:I use the pink card. At the time, it was the only one available. You may check out other virtual card providers, like Kuda, Chipper and the rest. They may have better rates than Klasha |

Been monitoring Starlink role out in Nigeria. I think it's time to jump in. On checking thier site, I notice the following: 1. Prices are given in Naira. Does this mean that payments can be made in Naira? 2. Hardware cost is now N268k. Does this mean price has been slashed from the initial >N500k? 3. One of the spec of the router says it allows up to 12 Starlink mesh nodes. What exactly is Starlink mesh node? 4. The range of the router is 185m. Does this mean within this range one Does not need to boost signal? Will appreciate those knowledgeable with the service to please help answer. Thanks dustmalik:

Re: Starlink Is Officially In Nigeria With Pricing In Naira by cuteboy2: 6:15am On May 06, 2023 |
I understand they have a fair user policy FUP of 1Tb data volume monthly after which the speed could reduce to 20Mbs. This is still very fast compared to fibre plans by Nigerian ISPs . However this 1Tb monthly cap doesn't apply to Residential package. purplekayc: |
