Could you please explain more?

What is the effect of subsidy removal on either and what is the average cost to set up any of them?

I think Gas plant is more lucrative than filling station. I have clients who run both fuel and gas, in recent times, they have abandoned petrol to focus on gas only.

The major marketers make more profit from petrol, it's difficult to compete with them.

Gas station is more lucrative compared to a fuelling station. I work at the Refinery depot so I tell you this with all sincerity
The cost of setting a gas station is a bit cheaper compared to fuel station, depending on the size of lpg tank you are going for.

It al boil down to the location you want to situate it at, size or how you envisaged it to be. Then with other factors. I think 45 to 50m can do a great job

With shop selling gas up and down profitability is low for gas plant .how to protect Markets share it by making enter into the business difficult via huge capital or skill or regulation this what keep station going but Gas is been sold by just any body with 300k capital . This free blue ocean strategy.
