With Australia leading, Nig's coach need to change the play formation from defensive to attack and make substitutions starting with Oshoala.
I agree with U, Oshoala has been playing out of position, wish she can fall back and work her way up with the ball using her speed advantage, easier than said though

This girl's need to work of their transition which is very slow and poor but kidos to the defence line they r very solid and discipline.
Going forward the coach should adopt Mourinho style and use counter attack cos of our midfield poor connection with attack

exactly

We will qualify from this group but I dont think we can win the next game.

China is a very dangerous team. England has a psychological edge over us.

Anyway, we have achieved to be out of the group.

Bring in Desire Oparanozie and take out Uchenna Kanu. Also bring in Francisca Ordega for whoever. Do some pep talk on tightening things behind on Plumptre and Demehin while Ucheibe and Toni Payne should be more purposeful in creating goal scorong chances for Nigeria against Republic of Ireland.
Best analysis I've seen all day

Be cultured and matured. Grow up.

Stop being unnecessarily aggressive and insulting in an open forum.

If England catch this Nigerian team 4 -0 half time
U don't view ganes from such angle. Australia is beating canada 2 0. The same Australia we defeted and d same canada we could not defeat. Games change. We May beat England if we face them in round of 16. We have scored more goals than them so far

Oshoala is nothing but an overrated supersub
She brings nothing to the game
No threat whatsoever

This Nigerian team still haven’t improved from the first match... Against formidable opponents, Nigeria will be whooped like they stole from Onitsha market.

Plumptre used to be good but this tournament haven’t been hers at all, she looks lost in that position.
Others just don’t have foresight at all. They have bad ball control for so called professionals.

Payne is the better of these players because she has been moving forward but still lacks what to do with the ball after all the running.

Oshoala and Ajibade have not really had any ball towards them and haven’t shown authority at all (I don’t know if I should excuse it with an almost bad midfield)

I have been hoping they will allow Gift Monday to play... she is quite good

The coach really hasn’t impressed at all.

If we qualify from this group, advancing further will be a stroke of luck which I think have kept us thus far. We can’t keep hoping for luck without putting in better efforts than these half-assed display.

(If we are to play Canada and Australia again, we definitely aren’t going to come out top. No improvement nothing, our female football have been stagnant since forever)

Payne has seen a lot of the ball in promising positions but hasn't done anything with them. The latest of this is a corner that floats harmlessly wide.

Not an easy game by any stretch of imagination.

We are either facing England or Denmark, so we face England if the game ends like this or face Denamrk if we win.

But these girls look jaded, I think they over-celebrated their victory over the Aussies.
