Maybe there are no beneficiaries in Abuja. Because if that Ministry were to be in the Kano, Kaduna or anywhere in the Northeast, people would’ve gone there. You cannot tell me that if they see people gathered at their gate every day, they won’t address them. It is very hard to achieve anything in this country.
