Good morning sir and thank you, I personally didn’t want any of my buyers to get involved here is someone accusing people I don’t know of being in cahoots with me or being my alternate accounts and now someone is referring to others as fraudsters, below is I believe not your first purchase but the first time you sent a receipt to me and also your most recent one. “IF THIS IS WHAT YOU SENT YOU TRULY HAD GOOD INTENTIONS AND THE FAULT IS NOT FROM YOU”.....BEFORE REALIZING THIS DID HE THINK I WILL GO AND DROWN APPLIANCES IN RED SAND AND MARKERS BEOFRE SELLING THEM Even in his own messages after they delivered them he didn’t care that they were swapped he only brought this up days after to paint a picture of being cheated because surely he can’t still blame me for what Ejike did and that Thermocool doesn’t even come close to the Syinix you are with it. HE NEVER SAW PICTURES EXCEPT FOR THE SYINIX AND ASKED ME TO JUST MAKE SURE WHAT I SEND IS AS CLEAN AS MY ITEMS ARE WHICH I DID, THAT HIS DELIVERY COMPANY DAMAGED THEM IS NOT ON ME. Again other than the 1HP Syinix, he never got pictures of the 1.5HP Hisense or Thermocool before they were taken to GIGL, he only got the picture which was taken by the driver with a blurry camera to show they were waiting for the cost, said Thermocool is the 1.5HP you must have seen at my showroom and I’m glad that I got to offer him the 1.5HP Syinix in its stead. You and other buyers know how much I call over texting, He can testify here as to how much I called him when he paid while we waited to send via GiGL and also to his people and most of all the long calls after his own people defaced his items, he never got a even single picture of a Hisense or Thermocool and told me on the phone (he knows he did he knows this) that he is not particular about the brand and I should just ensure whatever I send is as clean as what I sell he trusted me to send him whichever units I believe are best he doesn’t care about Thermocool or Royal or any name. The Thermocool he is stressing will be posted along with the Syinix I sent in its place, he only got that blurry rear photo and as heaven gave us both life he knows I had a long near 1hr conversation a few days ago and I told you SEND THEM BACK I WILL PAY THE RETURN DELIVERY FEE yet again, he know this, when I said so the day you sent those pictures he mentioned “I paid for these things since last year and waited” explaining how sending them isn’t working for him, I apologized and I feel his pain and even if this was after the GIGL attempt, yes, I still made the decision upon removing the Syinix and Royal majority of buyers who went there wanted those ones, you have Musa, Ejike and know the Benue Links people, go and hold them to account for what they did to items you paid N300,000 for you know their offices, I have send several appliances to various places via bus haulage vans GIGL and none have ever done this. As for that 1HP kit I wish you told me, I know the good 1.5HP kit I sent for free is useless to him but I could have sent him a 1HP at no cost. He is standing on a false technicality, several buyers call me and ask that I decide for them without even seeing pictures of what they are getting before hand, the same man NEVER saw neither the Hisense nor Thermocool 1.5HP up into when they were to be sent and didn’t bother he only saw the Syinix. I am sorry for following your instructions on deciding which was what I did with the Thermocool > Syinix, but I did this with the same truth & authorization you entrusted in me and several buyers do the same. I told him that even if I did mention the swapping beforehand he would not have said no as a direct result of him entrusting that decision to me and he (and him not having a brand preference) but I am sorry I did that no matter how good my intentions. For example I have 2pcs 1HP Thermocool there someone asked me to send the one that is “shinier of them both” he hasn’t even seen pictures and wants me to decide for him. Most of all even if I did send that Thermocool via this same Ejike this would have still been the same outcome, he is not angry about the swapping he even acknowledged this saying he is only sad about the state they were delivered in, but he choose me to blame me for what Ejike/Benue Links did, they even dented this outdoor evaporator in several areas and no consequences whatsoever, the customer is not even holding them to account, the people who defaced his items so he would have still called me all the names he did and warned people to beware of me irrespective because of the people he said use Trucks but the Ejike confessed they use a small bus which explains the scratches & dents he is blaming me for. 4djustnation:

hopefulLandlord: From my own point where I stand,I am not supporting anyone I clearly stated,both parties should drop evidences and we conclude. My fault with the buyer was why he did not return the item or ask for refund when the items he paid for was not as advertised. He should have backed out the deal,no matter how it is been said it is a better offer. |

Vonnov: Hey boss, please permit me to air my view about this incident, My first observation is that you ought to have suggested the wrapping of the goods when you know it was going to a long distance and we all know how logistics handle less fragile goods Secondly, you sent a different kit even if it's more expensive than the bargained 1 to the buyer against you guys arrangement. fidelmarshal199: This is my last reply or comment on this matter no matter what is mentioned or raised afterwards: Hello sir, I apologized several times even over not wrapping it (including via calls and chats) and you see that kit issue, I sent 2 and one was free it was a oversight mistake it being a 1.5HP the Free one, he didn’t pay for it it is free and all he should have done was notify me and I would send him another instead of him using N18k to get one, why willl I deliberately send a person in Benue a 1.5HP kit he can’t use when I have people buying 5 AC’s from me at a go that need it in Lagos? As much as I write “kits are only where stated” I still give them out, I still arrange logistics for buyers but NEVER AGAIN going forward unless for prior customers. Most of all I apologized to him over what they his own people did to his items, I have called this man so many times, the Ejike himself took the blame for what he knows his company did, I have called the Benue links, emailed them complained about what happened, who will be happy that goods they sent got delivered in that state, we had closed that chapter the first day and even he told me to rest and my intentions were good, buyers have forgotten various AC/Furniture items and I always send to them even if they forget it themselves in an Uber they booked I still insist they don’t pay, he still has a 1.5HP Kit he can use a year or 5yrs from now. How many times did I bring up using GIGL, I even downloaded their app called their offices to negotiate (he has screenshots of the app pricing) I apologized for what they did and more importantly even after he knew I swapped them he mentioned my intentions were good and then he changed course when he couldn’t wash the stains off and now stuck to them being swapped to portray it as some secret ploy to cheat him who sent money without seeing items, him who said I should decide and never saw the other 2 he talked about save for a blurry rear photo of 1. 3 Likes
