Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Barber Shop Supervisor to join our team at Kings Barbers. The ideal candidate must be a skilled barber with proven supervisory experience. Must have a passion for delivering exceptional grooming services, managing a team, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of barbers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to enhance the skills of junior barbers.
Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Interact with clients to understand their grooming needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
Uphold a high standard of customer service to build and retain a loyal clientele.
Oversee the daily operations of the barbing salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and cleanliness.
Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Drive sales by promoting salon services and retail products.
Implement strategies to maximize commission earnings through upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their technical and customer service skills.
Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering and grooming techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must have a minimum of OND in any relevant discipline
Proven experience as a Barber with at least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
Strong knowledge of current grooming trends and techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Must reside in Ikeja, Allen, and environs.

Did you see that it was also inclusive of commissions? PS, I'm not sure you understand how salons work; they can make cuts and pay the owner every week. We are doing this as a new salon. Thank you for your feedback anyway.

Thank you all for your comments and we are not hear to convince anyone to take this job.

What we are offering here is N50,000 base salary regardless of sales.

Commissionwould be 20percent of all haircut. A normal haircut is N3000, and we estimate about 10 haircuts per day.

20 percent is 600 * 10 = 6000 per day.

if you work 20days a month, that is an additional 120,000 per day.


Total salary = 170,000 naira for this person. Now your imagination to think if we have more than 10 haircut per day. if this person decided to work 24days a month.
