From what you have said so far, she does not seem evil at all even though the general talk around the office may be why she finally decided to settle with calling herself an evil person. She sounds a lot like one of those confident types who don't like to be bothered by the mistakes of others while doing her job. Most companies would pick someone like her to work with than the many out there who instead think it is OK for them to make mistakes and not get reprimanded for it.
