Defence Headquarters (DHQ) has acknowledged and extended its gratitude for the Duke of Duchess, His Royal Highness, Prince Harry, and his spouse, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, for their acceptance to visit Nigeria in May 2024.

During their stay in the country, they will be meeting with Service members and will be hosted to arrays of cultural activities.

It would be recalled that Prince Harry, the Duke of Duchess founded the Invictus games an international multi- sporting event which offers recovery pathway for international wounded, injured and sick service men and women.

It also gives soldiers awareness and recognition in society to support their path in rehabilitation.

The Invictus games has about 500 participants at the last outing and 21 nations in attendance, including Nigeria which made a head way with gold and silver at it’s first outing last year.

A statement by Brig Gen Tukur Vusau, Acting Director of Defence Information said, “The visit is to consolidate Nigeria strong hold at the game and the possibility of hosting the event in later years”.

“The Minister of Defence, Alhaji Mohammed Abubakar Badaru who was at Germany at last year’s event, has accepted to host the games when granted to Nigeria.”

The food Prince Harry and Megan will eat, the hotel they will sleep in, flight expenses to and fro, security and other logistics, gifts, etc. Billions will be budgeted. Many are about to get richer in the month of May.

The amount of money to be spent on this visit will be enough to pay gratuities and pensions of ex military men and palliatives for widows of dead soldiers.

Nigerians must protest against these useless leaders for these reckless waste of our resources.

Accepting to host an invictus games of a commoner at a time when this country cannot pay minimum wage and citizens are struggling to feed is satanic.

Many retired armed forces personnel are suffering and have no housing or care yet that is not the business of this useless former Governor who wants to now bring his uselessness to ministerial office.

President Tinubu should remove this Defence Minister with immediate effect if it is true that he committed Nigeria to hosting the useless games.

PRINCE HARRY will always be respected by the world for exposing the racial discrimination of the white over black race. His offense was marrying Megan a black & the Palace was concerned only about the future King or Queen of England might be BLACK Colored.
