jailbreak means 2 hack or crack d console,in the sense that u will b able 2 copy and play games frm d hard disk. OF W means official firmware. cfw means customs firmware which is the jailbreak itself.any firmware higher than 3.55 cant b jailbreak.

And again I wan buy Ps2, I done see 2, one is cheaped that playes pirated CD but U know e go get lens wahala letter and the other na to hack the game to be playing from memory card, or flash,and the person agreed to hack it and give me 8gig hard disk with 8 games loaded in it, but U know I can't play pirated CD if hacked and not chipped only original CD can be played tru the lens,I have to be downloading games I want then, but with no lens wahala, so bro which one U go advice make I go for. look for a Ps3 that the model can b downgraded and hack...the 2K models should b okay. If uar buyon check near the barcode, if u see nytin lyk CECH 30... Dnt buy bro, cos u cnt hack those models @least for now

this questions has been answered before, but nyways, i advise u to use google, thr r lots of ps3 forums out thr that can ansa ur question appropriately

Lets just keep ourselves updated, for now, no ps3 console cant be jailbreaked even the new super slim running OFW 4.46 and above can be jailbroken..
No need of downgrading ur unit neither do u need an E3 flasher. Google is always ur friend.
