However, the average nigeria citizen has found it a hard target to achieve and the need to get affordable one is very important too, that is why i have decided to help all who are very much interested in building such to accomplish it. Affordable housing with good quality is our motto. Building a standard one bedroom terrace bungalow, that is one bedroom four numbers joined together called one bedroom terrace will cost you 6,014,150(six million, fourteen thousand,one hundred and fifty naira only) Note : the cost above is from starting to finishing that is from foundation to painting and also includes soakway and septic tank. please the finishes are also moderate since it is for commercial use. This will serve as an additional source of income for you aside the work that u do which is a good deal. Not too bad Segzy14. Can you show us some of the finishing used inside the building.. e.g. Tiles, Toilets, Kitchens, Livingrooms and Bedrooms etc. I believe this will have all the electrical fittings all installed? What is the dimensions of the building? How many of this (4 Units) can fit on a plot of land (60x120ft)? Can you also show us the picture of the back of the building? Thank you. mufutau55: Not too bad Segzy14. The dimension of the building is 6.69m(22ft) x 35.39m(116ft) (4 units) 3units(26.6m )(87ft)x (6.69m)(22ft) to the left and 3units to the right will fit into a plot of 60ft x 120ft. 6units in total. As for the pictures i will upload later. I hope it is understood. |

cecegorz: Hi Segzy. the location of the property is abuja. A single unit will take close to a month to finish provided funds are readily available. The rent price here is 250,000 to 350,000 naira per year. It will take about 6 to 4.5years to break even. |
