Had to leave class to stay outside and receive fresh air for those lecturers who only came to read to us the module/materials like we told them we couldn't read on our own.

Yep. Tk God. Going back to writing. The guy sent his in-law(agent) to apologize and open up the premises when he heard the matter was in court and saw the signed agreement. Funny enough he was one of his witnesses but had forgotten. Barrister however said the case will only be withdrawn if he's ready to pay our expenses so far else case continues.
