Homguy: Craigslist has the cheapest cars. Aside from that-you can tap into charity cars-these are cars that people donate to 'ngos' called charities in the USA-when they donate these cars-the government gives the individuals discounts on taxes they are supposed to pay and the charities sell these cars to raise money for their mission. Use google to find car auctions in Minnesota.
