So i did factory reset and my dialer and contact apps are working again. Though d fone seems to lag abit.
Iv noticed anoda prob now Sometimes wen i receive a call i see a msg come on d screen and d screen kinda resets wen i press ok on d msg.

##plz wat cud be wrong and wats d solution Tech Gurus.

No time to start visiting carlcare now. If i see someone dat will buy my fone, i will sell it sharply.
As in ehn.... I've not seen a fone dat has diz much problems as Infinix Zero. Dat company should be sued for producing such a crappy fone.

Before your contacts and dialer were giving you issues... And now that you've formatted, from your screenshot your system UI is having problems..... Seems your OS has developed a problem, and just performing a Factory reset won't solve your issues.... You need to reflash the OS, that can easily be done at Carlcare for you, or of you're rooted and have a custom recovery installed you can just collect a system backup from someone else using the device and restore on your phone.....

When you've done all that and the phone has regained some semblance of sanity, you can happily just sell off the device and get something else that won't give you high BP

Hello guys.. Been a while. Need help concerning a friend's week old infinix zero. She complains that it hangs sometimes but when she looks and unlocks the phone it stops hanging. But now, the frequency of hanging has increased and now she has to reboot it sometimes for it to function again. What could be wrong and how can she go about it? @miztyna @safas20 @madgoat

It seems YOUR FREEDOM App hardly works on kitkat phones... Av also tried it on my former Infinix zero (now using Gionee m2) but it didn't work... it works perfectly on jelly beans phones...

But plz, wat cud av caused diz problem to happen. My fone is not rooted so i cudnt av tampered wt d OS. Apart frm surfing the net and chatting, i basically dnt do any other ting wt d fone.

Anything could have caused it.... Maybe something you downloaded, maybe a virus.... Or maybe it's just the crappiness of Infinix....
