I believe it is official, because the senate actually met to give this date, unlike the former resumption rumours that was not officially from the senate, but hearsay. the senate is the highest body in the university, even if they will have postpone it again, they will have to call a senate meeting again.

and they use extara ceilings like four or there about. And this is just for one academy session not to talk of now that two session are matching togerther. Just think about hw more than 3,000 names will be on hw many pages and now it may be 6,000 names or there about. So u pple are expenting admss list 31 Oct. This is nt true also, admss list usually comes out few days to resumptn and mostly friday and u guys resume monday.
But I hv nt forgoten that anythin can happen but the probability is too low.

The last time abuja released her list on newspaper was during Nuhu Yaqub, but during Adelabu's time it was not a thing of record..... This is a new administration so let's wait and see.... By saturday our eyes will be open....

Today 27/10/2013 I was inside the
mini campus of the University in
gwagwalada to see for myself the
renovation going on in the campus.
To be sincere with you my fellow
colleagues the rate at which work
is being done and carried out I
think the UniAbuja of our dream is
around the corner.
I can categorically tell you that
people describing our Mini Campus
as a glorified secondary school will
be disappointed when these
renovation is completed.
The Indoor theatre of the Mini
Campus is near completion as I
witness Tiles being off loaded by
the contractor in charge as the wall
screeding as been completed and
chairs to be fixed in are ready not
to mention the almaco Glass
Fitting be fixed and those that are
being work on.
The Science blocks,Goe Block,Law
Block as well as the Lecture Hall
1&2 are being worked on by the
various contractors.
I will also use these medium to
salute the VC of UniAbuja A Person
Of Prof Micheal Omale Adikwu who
dims it fit to carry out these
befitting projects in line with the
transformation agenda of the
president of Nigeria Goodluck Ebele

JAMB Online Admission Status 2014/2015
JAMB Online Admission Status 2014/2015
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board JAMB has created an online admission status checking link on her e-Facilities portal. This will enable all UTME and DE candidates, irrespective of their school of choice, to keep in touch and know when they are offered provisional admission by their individual choice institutions.

Usually, Higher Institutions in the country submits to JAMB their comprehensive admission list for verification. JAMB will then verify and upload the list of approved/successful candidates to the JAMB website before returning the approved list to schools who will in turn upload to their respective websites or paste same within the school campuses.
In other words, candidates can check their admission status on JAMB website even before it’s uploaded on their choice institution’s website.

How To Check 2014/2015 Admission Status on JAMB website:
Follow the steps below to check your admission status on the JAMB e-Facilities portal;
1) Visit the JAMB admission status checking portal via www.jamb.org.ng
2) Click on the “check admission status” link by the left side of the page, under the “2014 UTME” section
3) Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the space provided,
4) then click the “check admission status” button
You can also check the admission status for previous years (i.e 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004) by simply clicking on the respective links under your year of admission as displayed on the Jamb website.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD:
If you are having difficulties accessing the “check admission status” link on JAMB website, there is an alternative way to check your status using smart phones. Simply follow the steps below;
1) Download JAMB Mobile Services e-Facility App via google play store on android phones or the store on windows mobile devices,
2) Open the application, then scroll down and tap the “Check Admission Status” option,
3) Enter your Exam Registration No. in the space provided,
4) Select your UTME year,
5) Then, tap the button at the end of the page to check your admission status.
NOTE: The lists are uploaded in batches. If you get a response like “NO Admission Offered Yet“, simply check back later to know when your status is updated.

23 is sunday so freshers cnt resume on sunday because hostel won't be made available 4 dem. So if u are told to resume on Sunday won't u question dem as u knw u cnt get access to hostel until u hv matric number and b4 u get matric num u must b screened. The 1st thing 4 every fresher is to collect admss letter and dat cnt b gvn to u on sunday.

The propose academy calender 2014/15 is yet to be out and that is where we are going to see the duration for registration for both freshers and returning students and other activities for the session. Wat I posted was a circular mainly for resuptiom. If u read d circular very well u wll see dat freshers or returning students were nt writen there, they used students. We all knw it is only returning students can resume on sunday, may be the freshers monday.
