mavinc4u:

Thanks for your response. I would have also ignored you because I needed a professional response from an old time importer and not newbie but for the interest of those who wants to know why I asked the questions, I decided to give you a response. It is a kind of offensive because I didn't start singing praises. it is always advisable to tackle a question from all angles instead of positioning yourself on a particular angle and get it all wrong at the end. mavinc4u is a straight forward person who tells individuals and companies their good side and bad side without sentiment and allow them work on it if they want to. some of the questions I asked altogether has been asked by some of his customers and while some were not asked because of fear of the unknown probably because of the kind of treatment they got from the previous service they used.

Let me attend to your answers on my questions;

Your explanation of service is not really what I wanted as I have read all those stuffs but I will pass this.

May be you should have asked me what I meant by lip service before answering the question, I remember when some people suggested to chinos on nairaland here to start dropping names of individuals that he receives their items as a way to alert them about their item delivery but some groups opposed the suggestion and threaten to leave if such should happen. I also noticed that chinos attend to public messages sent to naiaraland and abandons the mail sent to his email and I was curious about that because I know that emails and nairaland uses the same internet and electronic gadgets to give you the output of your input. Why making customers to come to nairaland and sends message before you attend to them, I mean is unprofessional and it gives way for anyone that wants to scam them. one of the evidence is as below

I asked the question of been overrated because most people here decamped from where they were not well treated. real importers or frequent shippers don't use any service that involves commission hence my reason for considering chinos. I also have a wonderful, professional and fantastic freight forwarder which I use but because of their shipment delay; I decided to give chinos a try as a result of his professional response on nairaland here. I also told chinos that as an sending some stuffs to his company am also sending another to another freight company I use and he was curious to know why and I told him my reasons.

I expect that since he runs a company called LSM global shipping, his colleagues should have access to their company's general email address to enable them attend to customers email when chinos is not on seat hence my reason for asking the question to be sure am not dealing with an individual as an individual would be unable to handle my purchases/orders.

Thanks for your advice but you can save it for yourself or who needs it. I have seen a lot of freight forwarders on nairaland and outside nairaland and I know what I want, i have been on this for years. I have 3 US addresses (though it used to 5 but deleted some) and 2 Nigerian addresses on each site I visit. I told a freight company am presently using that i have found another company (chinos) to use and am doing it as a result of their subsequent shipment delay which is not good for me and they felt bad. i have never begged that freight company to give me update or sent a mail and got no response from them; the only begging i do at that company is for them to withdraw their shipment fee from my card with them so you can imagine the service i use yet am leaving them for chinos service. I had a very big struggle with paypal Nigeria support trying to pay with chinos address because they thought my account was accessed by an unauthorised user, they called me on phone to be sure am the person trying to handle the purchase and i responded and told them to reset their end in order to make payment with the address but the support i spoke with claimed i have exhausted my reset limit and immediately he mentioned his name to me, i had to thank him and hang the call because it was the same person that was busy marketing FBN service as if he has used their service when i needed to add another card. I had to finally call paypal support in another country to do the reset. I did all these because i needed to tap into chinos fast service. tongue

If you run a company and nobody has ever told you the bad side of your company then you need to ask yourself a question because that is what makes a company progressive and strong. Always look for one that would tell you when your company is getting it right or wrong for you to adjust; if not you would be sitting on a sinking ship with fake praises people shower on you every time. I remember so many threads like this i tried to point out where they are getting it wrong but they never listened because some people were bent on confusing them with syndrome praises like ** your are the Boss, he/they is/are trying, please ignore them and talk to us, They are ungrateful human beings and the rest; where are those people now lipsrsealed ** i mean which serious business personnel allows that.

LAST BULLET: i have spoken to chinos narrating everything i just pointed out here as it would help his business to grow and he replied responsibly and professionally. okay, am done with my marketing, chinos you can transfer my commission to my account because is not easy to market, i tell you. grin grin please pardon my lengthen response, i don't have much doing because exchange rate is now N200 cheesy. PEACE!!!
You're just an attention-seeker, no more, no less. As I read through each of your epistles, where you kept ranting and making random assessments and snide comments, sincerely anger kept building up inside me. Shrekandfiona and other well-meaning guys here have done their best to spoon-feed you and placate your ego, still you no gree.
You claim to have called Chinos severally, and explained to him about your wanting a 'customized service' (+ a babysitting and slave & master arrangement, I guess), yet you come on here to come write 'notice me' epistles?
If you haven't been told, these actions and epistles of yours makes you annoying. So gbo?
Chinos is just ONE individual, with limited resources, trying his best to be as professional as possible. You dey ship the world to Nigeria on a daily basis, and so, an individual can't handle your shipments, abi? See why I think you have attention deficit disorder? Well, if you must know, Chinos needs us, not you.
Also, we prefer to lick Chino's boot, than for us to lick yours. We know your type, you just want as much attention to be showered on your larger than life personality. It"s envy or jealousy, we get it. You know how to create an attention-seeking thread, don't you?
@Oga Chinosxl, I got my Nov. 24th shipment invoice, bros, via email. Thanks jarey, and keep up the good work.

NAME: ERN**** OB*****
TRACKING NO :9300120111400612518960
IT WAS DELIVERED ON November 12, 2014 10:25:00 AM (almost 2 weeks now)

I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS FOR INVOICE (no reply)
IS THE PACKAGE STILL IN THE US OR HAS IT BEEN SHIPPED TO NIGERIA?
WHY ARE YOU NOT REPLYING TO REQUESTS FOR INVOICE?

if its just one light weight item u probably won't get an invoice. I consolidate several of them in one box and send to Ndidi in lagos. You can contact my lagos office with the exact name on your package.

true that. But I learnt that on that day, US stores are mostly jam packed so the best deals are mostly bought in store. We the online shoppers are then left with not so good deals or sold out items.

Btw, i gave a female coz your number about a week ago. She needed description to lsm lagos office and she said you were very receptive. Thank you

for online shoppers, black Friday actually starts 00:01 am Thursday until mid night Friday. Stores get crowded so I only do online shopping, online price is still the same as store walk in.

don't know much about sprint phones maybe nnamokenna can help. However, whenever you wanna but phones I'll advise you buy from swappa.com. A very reliable phone site. I have bought a couple of iphones from there, very cheap, mint, factory unlock, works well with naija sims, no issues whatsoever.
