where did you download it from?
The file might be in rar or zip.if so just use b1 free archiver to extract it twice.

i guess u downloaded gta sa iso meant for ps2 thats y there's a ? sign instead of the gta sa icon.
btw y are u looking for gta sa in ppsspp when there is an android version of gta sa that plays very fast.almost lag free?

u r very correct. I download gta sa. Iso. I also ve gta sa apk and data but it nt loading. I tried doing d android/obb stuff but stil d game wil nt load. After waiting for it to load it will jus display: gta sa has stopped working. Dat is while i wanted to us ppsspp version stil no chance.

remember place the obb folder in android/obb

start gta and click offline.if it still don't work download a fresh obb file from andropalace and use it with the apk i gave u up there
