Wondering if anyone here lifts, would appreciate tips on form. My daily routine for now: 60 kg X 100 reps [Bench press] 25 kg dumbbells X 80 reps Push ups X 100 reps I could do better, any ideas? |

You should try downloading the Stronglifts App from the play store. It's what I'm doing at the gym right now and my strength is increasing. I'm so excited. |
