This thread is not intended to create any unnecessary argument or gender extremism. It's just that most of the times, if you take a look at the best students or best graduating students in our institutions, you will find out that women take the lead and mantle. The percentage of women getting a First Class in the university or making better academic achievements anywhere generally is higher than that of a male. In my set in school, most of the best students were ladies and it's virtually the same everywhere. Now, I believe that everyone has the same percentage of intelligence when properly applied. However, males are still making academic feats everywhere as we know. In fact, there are more educated males than females worldwide and it begs the question which I want us to analyse and answer with careful consideration, experiences and proofs. Between the two sexes, which is more intelligent / intellectually inclined and what are the reasons?

dont forget the female is meant to be a helper. And that is in all areas including intellectualy.

Either of the sexes can be intelligent nd intellectually inclined but it depends on various factors like heredity,gift from God,personal development nd solid educational background...

Op what you have said is absolutely untrue. The reason you tend to think that way is because in today's world, anything woman is always thrown to us in the face and that's because we live in a feminist culture. How many times have you seen a best graduating srudent published on paper when he is a male? They only do it when it is a female and that's because they just want to prove a point.

It is true that women are becoming more educated that men in today's world. But that's not because they poses superior intellect and drive for intellectualism. It is because of quota system being given out to them all in the name of gender equality. In the western world, grants and scholarship as well as quota is giving to women so as to encourage them in the STEM courses. This same thing is not reciprocated to boys in traditionally girl's area. So i am sure you can see how the world has become? This kind of unfair system leads to more girls having more degrees than boys.

Also, have you ever seen all boys federal government secondary school? The only all boys school you find are those set up by religious organization and that's not because they want to give boys opportunity but because they want to do things their religious ways.

Also, the two sexes have their biases. Man ae naturally bias towards things that are a bit logical. This can be explained by science and i am not going to argue with anyone on it. Feminists may not like it but that is the truth. This is the reason why men dominate silicon valley even though more women are coming out with a degree in the stem courses than men. It seems the social construct of giving women spaces ahead of men in traditionally men areas have not yielded their fantacy of women dominating and displacing men in inovations in the areas of Engineering, Physics, Astronomy, Mathematics, etc.
