1. Choose between themselves the Artist and the Poet for this event, as we will need you to:

a) Mail us a drawing that portrays your love for each other, could be a drawing of your e-spouse or a phenomenon - anything will be accepted given that it shows us and the esteemed audience a representation of your love. Please note that these drawings should have both your names inscribed on it (You can pay an artist for this if u choose to, Lol).
b) In not more than 150 characters, send us a Poem tagged whatever you want it to be.


2. In addition to the above, each contestant, should also mail us an essay describing their various partners (a descriptive essay) and this should be written in not more than 75 words.

Well..I just want to know what you had in mind when u asked for drawings... U'll need to be more specific on it next time cos I was expecting drawings from everyone...not computer graphics/posters... I just feel we need to be firm on what is expected from the contestants. Anything different shuld be disallowed.

Oahray already mentioned the "number of words/characters so i wont dwell on it.

You also need to be careful when trying to justify anything just so you (as a judge) dont seem bias:

Since you are not sure of the extent to which other couples have gone both in and out of NL, you shuld just keep that opinion to yourself. the first edition had issues, yes. Being the first, issues are bound to surface but avoiding a repeat would be the perfect gift to the next competitors. I think all flaws should be looked into, those that can be discarded should be, anything that can be added should be thoroughly considered to avoid hitches. The planning stage should begin earlier than that of this year. Thank you.

Being NCC 1.0, flaws were expected. If anything, you actually deserve a trophy lol, 'cause it was a pretty short time from when the idea was born & the planning stuffz, yet you pulled it off.
That said, I think you need to work on these in the subsequent editions.

* Awareness- you need to work on the awareness part, expecially during planning stage...not much people(outside Forum games) knew about this competition till it hits front page. Also proper orientation for the contestants(what they need to know) should be given a little attention too.

* Number of slots- there should be enough slot to accomodate interested parties. There are folks that would've love to partake but couldn't 'cause most got wind of the competition a little bit late & the spots were already filled.

* Preferential treatment should be totally aborted if we really wanna see the FUN in this thing, every contestants should be treated equally.

That's all about it, I second all of Okotv's points too.

*looking back at wot transpired here just a couple of days ago, i guess i wont do much good to my conscience if i didnt pen down these words below, because from the look of things, it seems some ppl misunderstood me wen i "ranted" my hearts out with respect to the just concluded "game"...to start with, the issues i stated had something to do with the way the game went, and absolutely nothing with the organizers. so i think it'l be wise for me to clear de air on some issues...for those who tot i had issues with anyone, well, think again...take note, i still stand by the points i raised, the whole ting wud'v been arranged better...maybe i came down too hard on trying to make my points, depending possibly on hw i felt by then but now tht everywhere is calm, it will be evil on my part if i dont acknowledge de good works of those tht pulled it thru, especially the brain behind it all, the chief organizer, LUXANNE . Her innovations and creativity has no bounds! to bring this out from absolutely nowhere makes her a genius, no question about tht (il get back to her)...and to her able crew...who do i start with...?? her 'right hand babe' i guess, TASHAMANIA (i still have plans for this chick, yet to reveal to her tho but if she wanna knw, she can ask ), she did a wonderful job seeing her boss thru and helping out in the whole ordeal...and JUDGE THATGURLVIXEN (grrrr!! @ calling her judge but wot can i do here..?), she was handed a tough role and she did all she could to deliver. we go a long way, so il leave it at tht for now lol...as for JBLUV and BANTINO , no need dwelling much on these two, everyone knws their worth!! so do i...who else, who else... oh! almost forgot our "time keeper"!! kai!! see position!! everybody shared big big position and all they could give my buddy was common time keeper!! and he did his "work" with so much zeal!! always ringing tht big bell they hanged around his neck and shouting "time up!! time up!! contestant stop!!" like he's selling gala in hold up! True, there was less awareness about the event outside FGs, but this was so because I intended the contestants to be strictly gamers to launch the first edition, but am super-glad we got contestants from outside the section as well
