MaziOmenuko:

There's a way around it: you can buy from the black market rather than the open market which is often expensive and dependent on many market factors.

Managers put up players for sale in the blackmarket regularly; all you need do is to check the availability of the players in the black market. Some managers put up Fabregas for sale @9.4 instead of the 9.6 u buy at open market. In such way, they make extra 0.2 for not selling Fabregas at the open market for 9.2, you the buyer saves 0.2 for buying him 9.4 instead of 9.6 at the open market.

All you need do now is to check the availability of silva in the blackmarket and if it suits you, you can offer up fabregas for sale in the blackmarket and get sylva cheaper.

I'm sure someone bought all those bullshit I typed up there^^

Is QPR home or away?

And who are they playing?
Re: Nairaland Fantasy Premier League 2014/2015 by MaziOmenuko: 4:07pm On Dec 31, 2014
The guy I'm playing this week in the cup is an FPL freak! 41 transfers so far! Dude got almost all the dreamteam players in his squad!
Kind of scary; its only a good captain choice that will edge him out.

Seriously though, the issue of difference in selling price and buying price is a big turn-off! I've been contemplating swapping sanchez for sterling just for this week, but I will have to lose £0.5 on that single deal b'cos I'll be selling sanchez 0.5less than what is his buying price when I intend buying him back.

Its just ridiculous.

@bashmantech, u can run the end of year edition of the tabloid.

And who be this Alozie dude wey una dey give captain? No be that newcastle fine-boy? Mtchwww. Make burnley defense catch am, him go know how far!

At this juncture, I'd gladly take a Soton cleansheet over the long punt of expecting Sanchez' involvement in any Arsenal goal (which might not even happen)

Shitty New Year's Day fixtures. Sterling, Sanchez, Downing and Austin failed massively. Mourinho also chose to field Azpi today, having chosen not to field him twice previously when clean sheets were up for grabs. These past few weeks have been frustrating.

No you wouldn't! You are 5 points ahead. JTs goal is worth 6 points.

Plus I'm expecting 2 or 3 bonus points from Yaya Toure.

Great!
My cup opponent had kane and hutton on the bench and captained Silva! I would have been mince meat by now! Thank goodness I gave Costa the armband, with all my 3 defenders keeping a clean-sheet, the guy is toast!
