hi pple.....do infinix carlcare change the entire body of phone. my phone screen is cracked in diff places but its still function ok.
am using Infinix race bolt Q (x451). my warrant is still fresh

helo. I want to start using GLO bis on my infinix zero, is it compulsory I root my zero before I can use it after changing the imei?

i'm having issue with my phone.Anytime i take a picture it doesnt show again rather a message 'cannot generate thumbnail' will appear on the screen.The same thing happens when i send pix taking with the phone to other phones.

please, Those Carlcare peeps at PH insisted they
need a code on the phone's carton before they
repair my phone on warranty. Issue is, I misplaced
it. I only have the Konga receipt

or How much is the price of the screen (front and back) replacement

Simply scan with SMADAV(an antivirus), your hidden files should be recovered.

Was able to change my zero imei without rooting my phone thanks to a friend. I can now subscribe to GLO bis

. download MTK engineering tool from play store, install and open it. click on mtk settings, swipe to the left and you will see CDs information, click on it and then click on radio information. then select the sim card you want to change it's imei and type in the command E and you will be given a list of commands. if it is sim1 you wanna change it's imei select 1,7 but if it is sim2 select 1,10 and type in the generated bb imei. but make sure you leave a space between AT and EGMR

If you reside in LAGOS and you have any problems with your TECNO, INFINIX or ITEL PHONES, whether screen problem, broken screen or touchpad, whether ur phone doesn't boot well, any problems at all you are faced with, you can reach me via 08038603994 for repairs.And I also use the same number for whatsapp. Please I don't do custom ROM. Thanks!!!!

I rooted my phone no update then I uproot it still no update so I then root it again to my surprise early this morning I charged my phone to 100% and tried it the update came up and I have updated it. Please as I have stated above where could I get the update zip file on my phone anybody with the knowledge should post it so that I can upload it. Sorry for my long story.

How did u root it because have tried all d processes but no way

Might be your memory card... Unmount your memory card, take a picture , the pic would save on your phone memory, if its still the same then its not your memory card
