Many a times have seen ladies/women wearing long gown/dress that ends up sweeping the floor.

Is these a compulsory fashion that must be done abi you just want to help clean the streets?

That it sweeps the floor doesn't make it oversize....
Some skirts/gowns are called 'floor length'... meaning they get to the floor. undecided undecided

Wat doesnt make sense is someone wearing floor gown nd still uses her hand to drag it up when walking, wats the point then??
