If you are a recent graduate with time between your graduation and nysc call up less than 4 - 6 months, you are not going to be expected to have financial asset. So your sponsors account should be FAT and it must be stated in his/her letter of sponsorship that the money is dedicated to your studies and stay in Canada.

if your not a recent graduate, its a challenge. They will be interested in what you have been doing since.

Employment prospect will be based on what you studied in Naija, what you want to study in Canada when compared to Canada's work needs. Trust me, they know you won't come back to reside here after you have finished studying. If you are not doing the sciences, health, engineering, finances, communications then your results must be very good in whatever course you have read.

Only present documents that wont result in more issues against you. Docs must represent what you actually did in the past. Our window for manipulating the VO is confined to the Truth about who we are and what we have done. A letter from the company introducing you as having worked with them between x - y would be enough. However it may state they are willing to engage you should you graduate from your intended program. Don't back date any thing please.

U don't get it..It was not stated in her application dat she is going for nysc..She probably graduated and has been working..Let's just tackle it in that perspective..For me present d employment letter, payslip if u can from the company to maintain wat u stated on ur previous app..furnish ur SOA,,u just need to print a 6 month statement pending when u will apply..If u have other assets pls do well to include after which u can explain ursef on ur SOP

Hello house, please i have a question from a friend who was granted a visit visa to Edmonton, can he extend his stay after 6months and thereafter apply for study to remain in canny.... pls a reply is needed urgently
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by berexio1: 11:03am On Jan 19, 2015
@tnuola..the VO was able to raise all those employment and financial issue because of what u filled and submitted to them. Since u didn't state dat u were serving, they assumed since u graduated since 2012, u should av gotten employed(that's y dey stated limited employment opportunity) and well paid(financial aspect)..The VO is not a magician..It is what u stated in ur app dat will bring about all those ticks..So just play along..Give him what he wants..lol..And this time around, do it ursef..so u can get to understand everything!

If everything in your sponsor's account is 13k pounds. you can't convince the VO
1 That he will use all the money in his account to sponsor you
2 That you are not desperate to just enter canada and hustle
3 That 13k can even cover Accomodation, feeding and other expenses not to talk of with school fees.
So sorry, I believe that's a red flag already.
If you can get enough money in the account. Fine. Until then please don't dash CIC free money by applying

Yea it's still there, are you applying for refund or they should just hold it till next resumption? And when did you apply for the deferment since you got the letter already by 14th coz I applied on Thursday and Im yet to get the letter

I applied on the 12th and I got the new admission letter on the 14th. Which course did they admit you for in the department, that might be a factor. You should also call the department.

Thanks alot for d info...
But, hope there's possibility of writing RN licensure exam during schooling? Any positive prospect of MHA ?

IyaEjima:

She'll still write the IELTS, unless she wouldn't wanna practice as a nurse.. All regulatory nursing bodies in canny require IELTS (academic module) for registration.

Hope she's got like 5-10 years of experience.. MHA is for nurse managers, directors and mid-career professionals.. Has lil or no clinical exposure that's why it's mostly done online.. Wish her d very best.

Hi, just reapply for another one at CAC.
Its a public document and a certified true copy is what is required.

Actually, someone wants to get you the visa and
you're gonna pay big for it.

Don't ask me how I got to know except you convince
me more than reasonable doubt that its a true religious
body and if it is; then go and come back.

@ciggasr, bro you're doing great here ooo. I'm sure if
its easy to come carry all genuine applicants down there
you'll do it. I mean oga Ciga

I love this thread. I keep reading day in day out.

No plan for Canada yet but my blood will be applying
soon. Thanks to the guy who dropped his SOP and his
sponsor's letters as well. Its helping us help him write
a good SOP

Please can u send me d link to download d SOP n sponsor's letter. Thanks bro.

For those who have pending applications. I can now also confirm vo's have started working. Got a call from CIC, Lagos about my pending application for Spouse Open Work Permit and TRV for my 2 kids. I am not applying for Study Permit like most of you guys.

I was asked to mail evidence of medicals asap.

I applied November 20th. Online. Wifey is schooling since September last year.

Timeline may be helpful. If not, just ignore.

Best of Luck folks.

sorry if I get u right three of you want to use one sponsor with 15m? Don't waste ur time , it's either one of u guys use it and travel to Canada then the other ones can wait for a while till the account smiles . The money is too small for the three of you to use. It's not advisable to take that risk . Just my opinion
