The card has to be verve, visa or mastercard. Then be sure you understand what they mean by CVV2 (the 3-digit number at the backside of your card)

Are u doing it in an accredited cafe? And are u d only one dat sees dat in d cafe?

Make sure u have a pdf reader, maybe adobe or firefox. Then try download it and print later

I used Firstbank verve card. At first I was getting something about activating safetoken for a one time password. I was confused cos I've used the card to pay my school fees online before.

I followed the process sha, and started getting a password sent to me whenever I try. The next issue was an error message "issuer or switch inoperative" which I later learnt was cos of network ish on Thursday. So I paid successfully yesterday.

I think Mastercard is automatically activated for online transactions, but not verve.

I think the accredited cafe thing is just because of the biometric details. I did my initial registration at a cafe but I did my payment at home on my PC and got my call number
